In the coming lines, we select 10 deals that could be considered the worst in last summer's transfer market in Europe based on what they have provided so far, noting that they have been offered in no order.
Mateus Nunes
Manchester City paid 62 million euros to Wolverhampton in order to include the Portuguese midfielder to compensate for his loss of Elkay Gondwan for free, amid dazzling prospects for the former Sporting player because of his playing style, which was considered perfect for Pep Guardiola's team. But Nunes played a total of 408 minutes in the Premiership only, missed out on participation as a primary, even his participation as a substitute was not strong, and contributed a goal by making a single goal in all competitions.
Mason Mount

But after half the season ended and Mbappe did not leave and Randall Kolo Mwani arrived, Ramush suffered to impose himself fundamentally, and Luis Enrique failed to find employment with Mbappe and Mwani, becoming lieutenant of the substitutes, scoring only three goals in all competitions.
David Raya
The Spanish goalkeeper's status on that list may be somewhat harsh given that the Gunners topped the Premiership rankings, that he joined on loan in the summer, but that the problems he caused may be doomed to fail. Mikel Arteta opted to include his Brentford compatriot because of his ability to go out with his feet, which caused several problems for his team, and errors with crosses as well, all despite Aaron Ramsdale becoming a replacement this season, which could make the mandatory requirement to buy Raya for 30 million failed deals deferred payment to Arsenal.
Marco Arnautović

Some might justify Caicedo's lack of brilliance due to the suffering of his club as a whole, the uncertainty of the formation and the clear identity of the team with Mauricio Pochettino yet, but with his continued involvement with Enzo Fernandez, the former Brighton player was waiting for even glimpses of his form to succeed N'Golo Kante.
Rasmus Højlund
When you have 80 million euros to join a striker and your goals are Harry Kane and another player to include him and score one goal in the Premiership, you must know that you have failed badly! That is what Manchester United did with their option to include Rasmus Højlund of Atalanta for 80 million candidates to increase with incentives, bringing it closer to the value Bayern Munich paid to include Harry Kane in the same timing. The young Danish striker showed his potential in the Champions League as the only bright spot in the early exit scandal by scoring five times, but his failure to find the net in every league game apart from the last one remains a major question mark.
Oriol Romeo
It is no secret that Barcelona's economic crisis, which prompted him to look for cheap solutions to support his ranks last summer, hit Joao Felix, Cancelo and İlkay Gündoğan ,but made a big mistake by including Romeo. When you decide to compensate a player and a legend the size of Sergei Busquets, it cannot be a cheap deal and a player who has previously not succeeded in Blaugrana ranks. In his second appearance, his great struggles emerged in filling the very important position in the Blaugrana style of play, ironically, the Girona he left is currently the top of the ranket!
Sofian Amrabat
After starring in the World Cup, the average Moroccan field was linked to half of Europe's top continent and Manchester United eventually succeeded in joining Amrattan with an ideal loan deal because of their economic circumstances, but after six months it appears that the option of eligibility to buy may not. Fiorentina's loanee for United failed to provide the addition and appear as the usual warrior figure for links in Serie A or with the Atlas Lions, not helped by the poor condition of his club as a whole, and the inventions of Eric Ten Hag by employing him as a left-back!
