What's up Hive! How are you today? I hope all of you are doing well. I would like to share to all of you my first-time experience of eating My Choice Coffee Ice Cream. The brand name of the ice cream is "My Choice"
I bought two scoops of coffee ice cream for 75 pesos or 1.28 USD
I was walking inside SM Cebu City Mall in the lower ground floor and just looking around the shopping center then, I saw the ice cream stall.
The Ice Cream brand is new to me, and it is my first time to know and see that ice cream brand name. They have different flavors, and at that time, the available flavors are my favorite coffee ice cream, ube, cookie monster, melon, vanilla, mango, queso, strawberry, durian, butter scotch, chocolate, and the unicorn ice cream.
Prices of the ice cream
My Choice Ice Cream is an artisan Ice Cream and was started in 1994. You can have the flavors that you like. Per scope only cost 50 pesos or 0.85 US dollar.
On the other hand, if you wanted to have two scoops in your cup, you will only pay 75 pesos or 1.28 US dollar. You can also choose two flavors if you like to have two scoops. It is okay to have 1 scoop of chocolate flavor and 1 scoop of vanilla flavor in a cup for example.
I bought two scoops which cost 75 pesos or 1.28 US dollar and chose only to have the coffee flavor because I really love coffee ice cream.
They also have 500 mL Ice Cream placed in a tub that only cost 180 pesos or 3.07 US dollar, and you can request or choose the flavors that you wanted to have in the tub.
If you also wanted to buy 4 Liters Ice Cream Pan from My Choice Ice Cream, it is written in their signage that you need to place your order at least 2 days prior to pick-up and take away box is already included. The 4 Liters Ice Cream Pan cost 890 pesos or 15.21 US dollar, and the ice cream pan is good for 30 or 40 servings.
I asked the lady who served me the ice cream about the pan, and she told me that the customer can also request the flavors that he or she likes to have in the pan.

Most of the ice cream that I ate are local brands of ice cream that are readily available in the province or countryside.
I really like to try different brands of ice cream, that is why I directly buy and try the My Choice Ice Cream when I saw it inside the shopping mall.
The lady who served me the coffee ice cream from My Choice also told me that they have different branches here in Cebu, Philippines.
Based on the sweetness of the ice cream, I will rate it 6 from 1 to 10 (very very sweet). The ice cream is perfect for those people who do not like too much sugar in the ice cream. Its sweetness is not too much and not too little. For me, it is just right.
Moreover, when it is based on the taste, I will rate it 10. The coffee ice cream is delicious and appetizing. When I melt the coffee ice cream in my mouth, I can smell the aroma of the coffee and its smooth and creamy taste.
Unicorn ice cream, Durian, Butter Scotch, Strawberry, and Chocolate
The price per scope is higher compared to other local brands, however the taste of the coffee ice cream from My Choice is worth the price.
Hopefully, when I have the chance to encounter a store of My Choice Ice Cream, I would like to try other flavors like the cookie monster and the unicorn ice cream because it is my first time to hear and see that flavor of ice cream.
