This Buddha is one out of many in Dhammayangyi temple in Bagan, Myanmar. Bagan is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It's among the greatest historical and religious sites in the world - A remarkalbe archeological site. Just as remarkable as Angkor in Cambodia (my opinion). The city of Bagan was the capital of Myanmar's first kingdom (10th - 14th century AD). When it was at it highest around 1100 this city had around 6000 temples. Today there are still some 2000 left. Dhammayangyi beeing one of them. It is massive, with lots of coridors and sitting Buddhas like the one on the photo.
