Virtual Decluttering : My top hacks
Most times when I want to focus on the work I have at hand I put my phone on do-not-disturb (DND). This has helped me avoid distraction from unnecessary notifications that just keeps popping up. When one of my close friend discovered I always put my phone on DND when working with it she introduced me to this Google tool known as "Google Smart Notifications". This is one of the best things that has happened to me in recent times as this tool uses AI to prioritize notifications, from the most important to the least important, arranges similar notifications into bundles or groups and generally manages notifications on my android device.
Saving Time Through Digital Organisation
My chatting apps like WhatsApp, discord and telegram are carefully kept for easy access while my Gmail is also placed conspicuously to avoid missing important mails when they come.
My music player and video player are also on the home page with my camera and sound recorder.
