The premise of the video talks about video games and the fact that they can end up being harmful to us if we don't have a balance; I wanted to take that premise and take it to a more personal point to tell my own experience and add my grain of sand to this reflection.

La premisa del vídeo habla sobre los videojuegos y el hecho de cómo estos pueden terminar siendo nocivos para nosotros si no tenemos un balance; yo quise tomar esa premisa y llevarla a un punto un poco más personal para contrar mi propia experiencia y añadir mi granito de arena para esta reflexión.
