¡Gente bonita de #Hive! Hoy logré obtener bastantes fotos de las dos clases abiertas que se hicieron para cerrar el pase de año de mis bellas pequeñas en la academia Adagio. Con permiso de sus padres quiero mostrarles primero el 1er grupo que me tocó mostrar, donde están en Pre-Ballet, algunas pasaron y otras siguen allí y quiero explicarles un poquito como funciona la dinámica.
Para más que todo, los grupos donde se trabajan niñas pequeñas, es decir desde Pre-Ballet hasta 1er Año "B", tomamos en cuenta muchas más cosas para pasar a la alumna a otro grupo o año: Edad, requisitos y asistencia; yo solo explico así de fácil pues la verdad es bastante complicado, porque así como en este grupo de Pre-Ballet, tengo una niña de 3 añitos que le encanta todo lo que hacemos pero aún le falta por aprender como para subirle el nivel de sus clases, tengo otra de 3 años y medio (ya 4 estoy segura) que fue todo lo contrario, agarro todas las clases con más seriedad y disciplina que avanzó muy rápido y sentimos que estaba lista para subirle el nivel.
Pre-Ballet es el inicio de todo, pero no solamente de aprender desde 0, sino el inicio de un grupo que es pequeño en edad también para agarrar una disciplina de cualquier tipo. Tenemos alumnas que pasan de 20 años y ellas aunque no sepan nada, no las podemos colocar en Pre-Ballet pues la diferencia de clase será imposible de colocar de manera armoniosa aunque la grande agarre más rápido pero no pueda y una pequeña esté igual, la dinámica no le gustará a alguna de las dos.
Este grupo de Pre-Ballet me dejó impresionada pues pasé más niñas de las que pensé que haría, pues me sorprendieron, algunas ya tenían la edad como para exigirles un poquito más, y otras tanto la edad como la disciplina. Ya en 1er Año se exige y se enseña de otra manera y por eso hay que tomar en cuenta con muchísimo detalle los puntos que ya mencioné, estoy muy orgullosa de estas "babys" y de sus papás que siguen confiando en mi para ayudarlas a crecer.

Pre-Ballet is the beginning of everything, but not only to learn from 0, but the beginning of a group that is also small in age to grasp a discipline of any kind. We have students who are over 20 years old and even if they do not know anything, we cannot place them in Pre-Ballet because the difference in class will be impossible to place them in a harmonious way, even if the older one is faster but cannot and the younger one is the same, the dynamics will not be to the liking of either of them.
This group of Pre-Ballet left me impressed because I passed more girls than I thought I would, because they surprised me, some were already old enough to demand a little more, and others both age and discipline. Already in the 1st year it is demanded and taught in a different way and therefore it is necessary to take into account in great detail the points that I mentioned, I am very proud of these "babys" and their parents who continue to trust me to help them grow.
