Laughter is one of the nicest senses in the entire universe, and it adds so much delight to life. It truly is one of the greatest remedies on the planet. Laughter, whether it's an infectious grin or a tiny chuckle transforms the environment and ambience of the settings. It makes you feel terrific and everyone close to you feels the same way. In daily life, laughter is the finest medicine.

One of my closest pals is my internist/cardiologist. We were discussing our life when we were younger, and we had many fond recollections of our childhood, the games we used to play, and the lovely surroundings with few contaminants.

He stated that individuals today die early as a result of their lifestyle, and that the unhealthy environment also played an essential part in this. Before we parted ways, he gave me some valuable advice:


Tips for a Happy Life:

  • More grilled foods, Less fried
  • More fruits, Fewer sweets
  • More vinegar, Less salt
  • Chew more, Eat less
  • More water, Less soda
  • More deeds, Less talk
  • More greens, Fewer red meat
  • More walks, fewer rides
  • More love, don't hate
  • More laughs, Less anger
  • More PRAYERS, No WORRIES

  • Reduces heart disease
  • Natural painkiller
  • Decrease stress
  • Makes us look young
  • Boost relationships

There's no reason not to laugh. Laughing exercises several muscles in the body, including your abdomen, back, shoulders, and 15 facial muscles. And it may enhance your workout. Laughter is the best medicine.

Everyone's life is challenging. What matters is how people respond to their difficulties and problems. The simplest method to escape life's challenges is to laugh with friends and family. It's a well-balanced strategy.
