I don't know your religion but whichever religion you belong to, make sure you pray to your God every morning. Thank him for yesterday, for providing for you and being with you till this present time.

Shower him with praises, thank him and then ask him to lead you for the day. Commit today into his hands and allow him to lead you. I am a Christian and the God i serve has been good to me.. I hope yours is also good to you.

I noticed something about early morning exercise this past few days. Exercise can get you tired and all that, but at the same time, it gives you strength, confidence and boldness. It makes you feel like you are all big. It gives you this energy that will motivate and help you achieve your daily aim.

Apart from that, the health sector made it known to us that exercise is healthy because it aids in the flow of blood and other vital substances in the body. So you definitely have noting to loose from exercising.

Eating heavy food in the morning will only make you feel sleepy and tired. It is advised to take light food in the morning. This will help you work effectively.
