If The Diet is Not Controlled, Exercise is also Useless

I myself have been exercising for a long time and I am going to share my personal experience with you. People who say that if you do gym and don't take care of your diet, then they are wrong because only after taking care of both things, you will be healthy. It will not be good, then the same life will continue as before and if we do one thing, then it is of no use.

My trainer told me that I would eat everything and exercise to set everything up, but it didn't happen at all and when I continued this routine for a month it didn't make any difference at all. It was like me and I didn't start losing weight either, so when I talked to the trainer after that, he said the same thing that doing one thing never sets a person's body by doing both.

I wasted a month on this experience and then I did all the research about why we can't do this because if we eat the things we like and exercise at night, our the body should remain exactly as it was before and keep getting weaker but it doesn't happen at all because when we eat bread, bread makes us fat, wheat makes a person fat.

And then after exercise, going back and eating bread means exercise. Will not have any effect then after that we followed the diet plan the way the trainer told us so within a short period of time we started to see the difference so I told people that I would suggest that you can't do both things at the same time, you should always follow the same diet that exercisers use.

The other part is high in protein, so it doesn't make much of a difference, now we eat less fried things and less bread, so we can eat all the other things, the way we used to eat bread made on coals every day. It is for a specific protein.

There are some people who start getting fat and then worry so much that they stop eating bread and don't exercise and think that we will get back to the way we were before, which is very wrong. They do it because the human body needs food, which it should get on time, otherwise the body becomes weak and then the diseases start.

I myself have seen many people doing tight. He was doing the same thing, he got fat and now he was eating bread at a time and not eating anything all day so we explained a lot to him but he didn't understand at all and for a month.

He was continuing the same routine and there was no difference in his weight, so one day he fainted due to weakness. should be changed like now bread is eaten more and now if we start exercising then bread should be reduced and other things should be eaten. When we eat the rest of the things then whatever food we have for the body will be fulfilled.

And we have to take special care of one thing, now the way we go to the gym, we are told to eat capsules, and with such things, the body is prepared, it becomes a good body, it becomes a shape. But it has so many disadvantages that it causes a lot of trouble later,

So here I would like to share an example of a friend of mine. He did gym for two months. Drinks shakes and eats things like that that the trainer gives him, so at first his body got a lot better and the fact is that we don't have that much time because of the busy lives of all of us.

And then we find that if we don't have time, we have to skip the gym, and when we skip the gym, we get fatter afterwards because we've had those pills on the side. If there are effects, one should never take any medicine on the advice of the gym people and should always build a natural body, it will take more time but later there will be no problem.

And is worried about his body then now he is in contact with the doctor and his treatment is going on. So it is better that whenever you plan to exercise, go to a good place where the trainers will teach you good things.

Keeping fit requires more than just dieting and exercising. We need to have discipline. It's amusing when people suddenly stop eating this or that because they want to lose weight. Like you said, it won't make any difference if one eats bread :)
