Hello everyone! Unlike the rest of Europe, temperatures in England have considerably dropped. Meaning for the next few months, dark grey skies, cold and rain will take over not only England but my warm heart and soul as well. Just kidding, just kidding... Or am I? Only time will tell but for now, let's focus on some eerie photography with a touch of colour to brighten our days.
In the last few days, the sun has been almost constantly hidden behind the clouds. However, this does not stop me from spending my afternoons out in the open air. Like John Muir said - "In every walk with natureone receives far more than he seeks".
I decided to go Fistral Bay, which is located south of one of the famous beaches in Cornwall - Fistral. There is a nice view of the Headland hotel.
After several minutes walking I reached Lewinnick Lodge hotel.
As a photography lover, who spends most of the time out and about enjoying nature and its beauty, I was able to take pictures of different plants in the area.
It is a very popular destination during the hot summer months mostly because of the magnificient poppy fields all around. Many people come here to have their picture taken in this majestic place.
There are no poppies currently, but the beauty remains.
On the photo below you will see a very distinguished species - a photographer, in their natural habitat, among the most scenic places, along with their best friend - a very adorable pup! It turns out that I was not the only "photographer" that day.
During my walk I noticed a house very close to the water, the pool of which was carved into the rocks.
And to end on a bright note, a beautiful photo of this charming beautiful goldfinch. Its song made my walk all the more memorable and pleasant.
