The high inflation now appears to have subsided worldwide. Definitely a positive development.
Therefore, the following interest rate cut in the USA could also be bullish. Historically, interest rates have been reduced primarily for two reasons:
- Some kind of crisis ( Hard Landing)
- Falling inflation & rising unemployment (Soft Landing)
If the latter occurs, it would be very bullish for risk assets.
