GRIM REAPER.
At some point I knew that I saw the Ricky Stanicky movie by John Cena and the guys. In it there was a mention of a Santa Claus that was jacked (just like in Rick and Morty). At the end of the movie though they did publish a book like that. Instead of a big Santa, you had a built up muscular one. Honestly after thd movie I tried to figure out why we never thought about it.
Well, it was that idea that gave birth to this drawing today. I thought instead of having a skeletal Grim Reaper, why don't we have a built up one and then I'll make his fingers skeletal. Well as yiu all know hands are very difficult to draw that's why mine as in the sketch looks sloppy.
I drew the jacked up lineart with my blue pen as usual..
moving on, I drew the head and then the left arm so as to gather my proportion from that angle..
from that end I drew his sheeve which was off to a great extent but I persisted anyway hoping I could correct this error. .
Then i drew the other arm trying the skeletal outline too in the process. It wasn't easy I must add...
I augmented the arm and started shading his sheeve. It truly was a wonderful experience
