Happy Sunday to you all, Sundays are often considered as a day for relaxation and rest but for me I consider it as a day to express my creativity through drawing, Today I shall be doing a diy painting of a village scene. A diy creative Sunday spent painting a village scene can be a fulfilling experience, blending artistic expression with the tranquility of rural life. This activity not only allows me to express my creativity through art but also to appreciate the beauty of the simple yet captivating charm of village life. Stay tuned as I show you how I drew this village scenery.
MATERIALS
• A white paper
• a pencil
• an eraser
• a black marker pen
• colour pencils
Let's start with the drawing
step I
To begin with, using my pencil I drew a sketch of my village where there is rivers, canals, houses, and trees.
step 2
I then used my black marker pen to make it look more bold and visible then I erase the pencil marks on it.
step 3
After doing that, I then took my blue colour pencil with some dark blue and I started painting the sky of the village and some of the trees
step 4
Here I then added some light and dark green colours to the trees and grasses and I gave the house a little bit of colour by painting it orange mixed with yellow colours.
step 5
Using my painting skills, I then painted the environment using my green colour and painted some part with my dark and light blue.
step 6
Then I used khoiri colour for the bridge and light jackfruit colour for the whole road and I completed my whole image with green yellow and khoiri colours above the river.
step 7
After doing that, finally my painting was finally complete and here's my final result.
Once my painting was complete I took some time to admire my work, a finished piece of art no matter how simple or complex , it is a testament to personal creativity and effort. As the pencil move across the paper, they draw a story of simplicity, peace and a connection to nature - a perfect way to spend a tranquil Sunday. I hope you all enjoyed reading through, till next time.
