Hello diyhuber, how are you doing and I hope you had a wonderful weekend, its another week to share our creative ideas and today i shall be sharing mine once again. Cardboards are a fun and creative tool to make anything of your choice, just like how I have created different things, I will be describing with a step by step process on how i made a small cardboard house. Just like a normal house, this cardboard house will have the proper design and foundation of a house. Stay tuned as we begin to create.
HOW I CREATED IT
In any creative work I take part in I always ensure to get my materials to that I will be fast and it will also be accurate. Now the materials which were used to create this work were : carton ( small and big), scissors, gum, pencil and ruler.
After getting my required materials, I began by cutting my carton by the length 28cm x 20cm long and then i glue long carton together as well to make the foundation.
After doing that, I then took another carton by the length 20cm x 20cm and began to cut the framework of the house and glue them together on top of the foundation which I have made with the carton before.
After doing that, i also carefully carved out another pieces of carton with the window and door embedded in it and then I glue them together with the others.
After doing that, it was remaining only the roof to cover and so I cut out two pieces of carton by the length 20cmx 16cm and I glue them Together on top of the roof of the cardboard house.
After completing the framework and the roof, I then took my time to make the veranda of the house by putting a shade in front of the house and covering it. I did all this by cutting out pieces of carton and gum them together as shown below.
After finishing my craft, out of how beautiful and well constructed it was, I then decided to take a picture of both I and my craft as shown below.
