A serious minded director and good workers are the pillars of any organization. They are the strength of the organization. Good orientation and appreciation (Positive Rewards) motivate the workers. It stimulate them to be working diligently. It brings out the best abilities and professionalism in a worker which can attract increment of the numbers of customers and clients. This generate a positive growth and development to the company.
The world technological system is changing with speed. It's on a high rate. Globally, orientation on science and technology in any organization is essential. Knowledge is power and ignorant is costly. The more workers are enlightened, the more the workers work with accurate information. When you are not informed, basically you are deformed.
