Bored with work? Bored with ordinary days?, bored with the same activities? We have all experienced and lived through it, and I think it is very natural. As long as we are still "human," it often happens. The difference lies in how we respond to that boredom, and it is very subjective.
I have been in this district and worked for more than 2 years and do work in the same field every day. Socially, I have good social relations, and so far I have felt very comfortable working here and I am a person who loves my job. However, this boredom arises because I feel ordinary and want to try to explore other places to work.
When I experience boredom, I often find myself not concentrating or being too negligent in doing other things that are not urgent, which results in the completion of work, hinders various other jobs, and leads to work piling up.
Simply put, the current job is good for me, but it doesn't offer new challenges. Sometimes, I want all the desks in my room and my subordinates' rooms to be neat, and the layout not boring, but sometimes, everyone's vision is different, so that adds to my boredom. Or is my managerial ability no longer up to date?
I have tried to encourage myself by continuing to work together and creating a new atmosphere that is more comfortable and continues to motivate their enthusiasm for working. It's just that my hopes are weakened by higher policies. On the other hand, the interactions that I have built so far are also because some of my coworkers or friends outside the office have moved and gone to other places. I also want to, but once again this is related to the rules and patterns of mutation that have not accommodated my wishes.
In the meantime, I try to take leave and take advantage of time with family and friends through the weekend and arrange a schedule of exercise and sleep hours, hoping that the next day I will be fresher, more focused, and enthusiastic about working. Accept what is currently there not blame the situation or other people enjoying the changes and do what I should do wholeheartedly;
