When I closed my curtains at night, I hadn't realised how lovely the sky was. It was all aglow. I didn't think I'd be going out for yet another walk so late in the day. I quickly popped my coat on and went downstairs for a better look.
For the past few days, we have been having some lovely red, pink, and orange skies in the morning and at night.
We used to have a saying when we were kids, '"red sky at night, shepherds’ delight. Red sky in the morning, shepherds’ warning.” I think there may be some truth in it. It turned out to be a nice day today.
