I was having a conversation with my roommate yesterday about hive, i have tried several times to keep him on chain but he kept falling off, despite being a die-hard football and Manchester united fan, he's always ten times ahead of me on any latest update on the world of football, altho i'm not a die-hard fan as he is, just one of those football fan who knew football is a sport played in an open field with 22 grown up men chassing after a round ball 😄😄...hey c'ommon i'm not that bad....
Well with a community like sport he would do fantastically well but then he is so reluctant about writing or having to seat for a while to create words around a particular topic, like having that patience to seat and create stuffs with words...
Right!....so he (my roomate) was kinda surprise at how i'm able to create stuff daily on hive, despite my very tight and busy schedule, i just smile 😄, i have to even when i don't feel like it, i replied, hive is part of my daily life to be honest, i feel connected to this right here like it's part of me somehow, if i skip a day without posting its like i have lost a day, really, so no matter how tired, stressed, sleepy i feel, i will have to beat myself to it and ensure i place a seal stamp on my day, its like puting it on record, so my day isn't complete with showing up on hive..
One of the things i told him is, i deeply understand how hive works and truth be told this place is a goldmine, its everything, so apart from hive helping to sharpened my writings, my perspective to life, my abilities to be able to create or paint a picture of whatever is in my mind or what i have seen, heard or experienced. this ecosystem that rewards your everyday life is mind blowing, so no matter how uptight i might be i have a commitment on hive...
Its a struggle a deep struggle, been able to seat down and start scripting coupled with an outdated device...imagine someone with a device that runs on android version 6...thats hurrible😄 ....
So he said "How are you able to, i mean able to come up with what to write about and able to delve into it an elaborate it enough, making upto five hundred word on a minimum",.... I just laugh and keep smiling cause its beyond words...fine i love to write i love been creative, i love to create a picture about aomething, i love to narrate something into step by step little pieces so that someone else can understanding it from same perspective as i.
One of the things that killed his ambition of onboarding hive was basically the rewards side, which i would say its like the bait so after the bait is eaten and the fish is hooked into the net, then what else.....so he like every other newbees lost interest and off they go....
There is a prize to been consistent, and that is only awarded to those who are able to stand steadfast and stay on track, everything good takes time to build, hive is an ecosystem that rewards creativity, originality and hardwork, positive energy to building a community of like-minded positive people.
