It is another beautiful Tuesday and another episode of Three Tunes Tuesday, organized by @ablaze
Today's post from me is going to be a short one for personal reasons.
The artiste I'm focusing on today is Nina Simone. She wanted to be a Black classical pianist initially, but faced racist roadblocks which prevented her from achieved that dream. She said in an interview that it was her greatest regret.
However, she don delved into singing and soon became a master as it, writing and singing many jazz and blues classics of the time.
The first song is I Put A Spell On You. A roaring love song where she wants to be with a man whether he likes it or not.
The second song is Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood.
The third song, which is probably her most popular is Feeling Good. An absolutely riveting classic.
Thank you for visiting my blog and reading my post.
