Criticism isn't Growth!

People have this misconception that any form of cricism and the stand up comedy should be viewed positively and termed as a growth. And this means the criticism is something you have to take in way that it is meant to change things that are going wrong in the company or the place where you object.

I think new generation who thinks doing the standup comedy and the criticism of all types should be type of the criticism. I have learned from my experience that people who think they can compare with two growth places to the non growth places and appear intellectual.

Let's talk about how criticism is not a growth.

Take an example, say some shop nearby you is selling the noodles and dumplings. And then the customers who go there have mixed set of the reactions. And some of them are good with the taste but soem customers who come late who eat the leftover have the bad experience. So it reflects in their review too.

So say you want to give review, during the early hours you have a good product but as the hours move ahead product quality goes down. So mixed reaction and then you can't voice this up. But you choose to do criticism as one line being the place is bad. It does not give much information and it does not tell you how the crticism has been hurting the people.

If you prefer to always do the stand up comedy and the meme type mindset to fix things you are not conrtibuting to the solution. Any criticism that points towards the solution is the right set of the solution and the right set of the criticism. And that was one of those things that lead to the growth. I understood the point that growth is a bit very funnel-ish for the life in general.

I think very few people learn how to be assertive and how to be the right mindset for that is thinking from the solution specific approach. More you bring solution to the table the more you get the crtiticism resolved too. :)
