Fridays are always super busy for me, its the day I set aside to do all my meal Prepping for the weekend, because it's the last day of school for the week, and with my son around for the weekend it would be hard to get any work done around the house.
Today was a long one, in addition to the meal Prepping ,I had to clean. It wasn’t even part of the plan for my day, it started with just arranging my kitchen cabinet because lately, I find myself spending a lot of time looking for some Kitchen items and I hate that feeling.
The other day I wanted my mini grater to grate my ginger but couldn’t find it, I almost didn’t add it to my chicken and I love using ginger in meat stock. So since I was going to be cooking a-lot today, I didn’t want it to happen this time.
So arranging the cabinets ended up with me
arranging my son’s closet then mine, mopping the house, and cleaning the standing fan blade..whew!!! How did I get there 🥺
Does this happen to you too, you want to do just one task and end up doing so much?
That’s how my day started, Thankfully I finished with that early enough to begin meal prepping before the day runs out.
So
in between, I picked up my phone and got an email reminding me to join my graduation ceremony at 12 noon today if i won’t be able to meet up physically.
Wondering what graduation??
Remember I wrote a few weeks ago that I took up a course that has been eating up all my nighttime and brain power, yes that course... I finally finished it.

It was draining and tough, I have never seen a free scholarship program that gets the students so immense with so many activities, you would almost think it's a paid program. Lots of students were laid off along the way for not meeting up deadlines, plagiarizing projects, and not engaging with their peers.
Yes o, it was that deep, I liked it because it kept me on my toes, felt like I was in school all over again.
I wished I made it to the graduation. It was a big ceremony, with graduation gown, food, drinks, and the opportunity to interview for internship positions with companies present.
I wanted to go, I and my team members planned a hangout but I got carried away with so many things chores, and my new course.
After our project ended 2 weeks ago I took up another course, taking courses and finishing them has just become my new obsession, I love the energy, and this time this particular program is as exciting as the last .... as the program progresses I will take you through my journey of becoming a Virtual Assistant, it’s work and learns on the go program and just like hive I have met so many people all over the world on the program and it has been amazing.
I watched the graduation on zoom while I cooked, and finally saw the faces of my team members and tutor.

Overall, today was hectic with the cleaning, cooking, and missing my graduation but I am so excited that my backs are finally on my bed.
