Today i want to discuss brief on the topic of consistency that it is something one have to learn not born with
Many people think that some people are more consistent than others by default while in fact consistency is something that can be trained and built up.
Consistency simply means the ability to wake up and do the work every single day, with or without motivation and with or without difficulty. It can apply to anything in life, from relationships to career, to one’s physical fitness and well-being.
It is evident that those who have steady and reliable employees impressive on the surface, do not have Consistent or constant source of supply impressive on the surface. Consistency cannot be inherited or endowed at birth. They are fruits of discipline, determination and hard work. It involves processes of; developing an objective, building practices, and consistency with the practice irrespective of the circumstances involved.
First of all, it is crucial to admit that, in order to be more adjustable, one has to intercede consistency with his or her working process targeting the objectives. Repetition creates confidence, trust and credibility on the other end. This evidence proves that you are serious and determined with the things that you wanna do and that you are willing to face the adversities or whatsoever.
In order to build consistency, it is import ant to begin with Change for Small Target and cultivate a practice that can enable it. It doesn’t matter how you feel, it doesn’t matter if your mind is willing, it is about being consistent and doing the work. It is about making some form of vow to change and follow through with what has been vowed. When we stay consistent the result we get we will be proud of ourselves
