Weekend is perfect for relaxing and doing activities that we enjoy even passion or hobby, to explore creativity. Like this morning, I made a different side of coffee. ☕
Usually just brew coffee, popping, or make smoothie while enjoying it, but this time it was different. I made a coffee and banana pudding, which can be used as a dessert and healthy food on the weekends.
Coffee and banana pudding is very good for health and for those of you who are on a diet. Bananas are loaded with vitamins and can also be filling, perfect for a healthy snack. Meanwhile, coffee, as a hub for 3C, of course, all of us, how good are the benefits of coffee for health, if we don't consume it too over.
Materials needed are:
• 1 pack of Swallow Plain
• 1 piece banana
• 15 grams of palm sugar (You can skip it)
• 150 ml Coconut milk
• 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 1 vanilla
• 2 pandan leaves
• 1 packet of white coffee
• 2 teaspoons black coffee
Step 1: Blended Banana and cook with Coconut milk
Step 2: Cook them 2 minutes. keep stir it, don't let them sticky
Step cooking banana dough
• Blender banana
• Cook 50 ml of coconut milk and add pandan leaves
• Add banana juice and jelly, then stir so it doesn't clump
• Add salt, vanilla and palm sugar if you want it sweet
• Stir for 2 minutes until thick
• Lift the banana pudding and put it into the pudding mold
Step 1: Brew White coffee, black coffee and cocoa powder
Step 2: Cook it with coconut milk and agar-agar Swallow for 2 minutes.
Step Cooking coffee dough
• Cook 100 ml of coconut milk and pandan leaves
• Put plain agar
• Add Cocoa powder, white coffee and black coffee
• Stir the pudding mixture so it doesn't clump
• Add salt and vanilla to add flavor and aroma to the pudding
• Cook pudding for 2 minutes to thicken
• Turn off the stove, then remove it
Note: After pouring, let the pudding cool for 30-40 minutes, then the pudding mold can be removed and the pudding is ready to be served.
Coffee and Banana Pudding is a delicious and healthy snack. Bananas are one of the fruits that are rich in minerals, potassium and pectin fiber. Bananas are a source of magnesium, vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Bananas are a source of energy and also contain fiber, so when you eat them you will feel full.
You can make more Coffee and Banana Pudding to store in the refrigerator, and make a healthy dessert. It can even be given to children.
Do not use excessive coffee, if you like sweet can add more Palm sugar, others Wish if you're not a sugar connoisseur, you can skip it. You can combine pudding with ingredients that you like.
