Hello everyone! after several months without going to the restaurant Sajgon, we finally decided to return on the constitution day of May 3 in Poland to take advantage that it was a day off and distract us a little this day, then this restaurant seemed very good option, plus we wanted to eat something different and the best thing is that it is not far away, actually it is very close as it is also located in the city of Sosnowiec and in this post I tell you the delight that we ate.
We got there and noticed that it was open and that there were not many people which was good because we didn't want to wait too long because I was really hungry, so we went in, and at the bar we took 2 menus and went to a table while we decided what we were going to order although we had already thought at home what we were going to eat and then after making sure Pawel went back to the bar to order and pay because that's how the service works in the restaurant.
I really liked the menu very neat and specified, plus each dish with its price. Once Pawel paid, he came back to the table with the drinks, a water for me and a beer for him, in total it was 83 zlotys, that is about 20 dollars, for two Vietnamese chicken that came with white rice and salad but you could change the rice for french fries paying 8 zlotys more or for fried rice paying 6 zlotys more and that's what we did, the bill includes the drinks as well.
While we were waiting for our dishes, I could not miss the very nice decoration of the restaurant, it is very big with several tables available for their customers, some red and some brown walls, plus some big fans and some Chinese chandeliers too, suitable for oriental food, later a girl brought us the cutlery and two sauces, one spicy and the sweet and sour which were really delicious and just a few minutes later she brought us our delicious Vietnamese chickens.
Believe me when the girl brought the dishes, the chicken was still smoking and boiling hot, first she brought mine and later she brought Pawel's and believe me everything was absolutely delicious, although Pawel didn't really like the potatoes because they were a bit too oily, and he said that next time he will order with white rice, still it was very good and I can't wait to come back here.
We finished eating and picked up our table (like all the customers) and as we still wanted to enjoy some more time here so we decided to go outside the restaurant to continue talking while Pawel had a beer, where they have more tables and chairs with a big umbrella for their customers. For my part I ordered a mango juice with basil seeds and I realized it was from Vietnam but I didn't really like it because it tasted really sweet, so Pawel helped me to finish it.
Saludos!
After being here for a while, we decided to go back home, but we certainly enjoyed a lot this day in this restaurant, where we ate very delicious, maybe another day I will try another of their dishes because they have a very varied menu, but this day we were very provoked by the Vietnamese chicken. That was all for today, I hope you liked it and see you in a next post. Greetings!
