This is a continuation of the first part of our team building and here it is.
So the first island we stopped at was Olango Island. Two guys in the boat went down to grab the cooler with an ice cube inside so we could cool our beverages before drinking, plus they wanted some ice cubes for the booze as they began drinking. After we were all set, we went to the center of the sea and stopped to relax and enjoy the water and also the sea breeze, with most of us selecting music from a videoke that we rented for everyone to enjoy.
I was so weary from work and had a little rest before the day of our team building so I just sat in the center of the boat and lay down while watching them have fun. I was considering regaining my energy to enjoy. I was also cautious because it was that time of the month and I didn't want to make a mess. lol
We decided to have lunch at 11 a.m., and I was the one who distributed the plates and utensils so that everyone could have them because others were grumbling about being hungry because they hadn't had breakfast before we left the office. For about an hour and a half, we stay in the same place. It's time to tidy up now that lunch is finished. After enjoying our lunch and cleaning the mess, we moved on to the next location. I had hoped to see some fish swimming in nearby the boat, but unfortunately, there are none. I felt a little let down because I was looking forward to it. Now, I have to go on, but I was hoping to see some fish swimming about at our next stop. So we stayed for over two hours, and they had a great time swimming back and forth and drinking while I was either relaxing and reading blogs or cheering on whoever was singing. As I regained my energy, I joined them and played some music that I know everyone loves. I chose certain songs and asked some of them to sing till the microphone wire accidentally broke and the plug or whatever you call it got stuck inside.
It took 15 minutes to get it fixed, and even though they have a spare microphone, we can't use it because something got trapped inside and we can't plug it in. Everyone was ecstatic when it was mended, so we proceeded to the final location and spent the remaining time there. Despite the fact that I was unable to capture or see some fish, I was still able to enjoy my time with the group.
We finally got home; it had been a long day, and it was raining as we drove, and I remember taking a little nap because I was exhausted. I will never regret joining this team building ever!!
