The dust is yet to settle here but I am back to get some steps. A 30 minute walk is what I had in mind. Initially, I thought I would go to a mall to do some walking. But there is no feeling like walking in the open air. We still wear the mask when we are out and it should protect us from the dust as well.
I settled for the neighborhood creek for the walk. Maybe next week, I will try the waterfront walk or the Festival city walk, or maybe even the beach. There are quite a few people already by the time I reach the creekside.
The mayflower doesn't seem to be bothered by the dusty conditions.
This desert cacti looks amazing. Maybe I should grow these in the balcony until the summer is over.
A cat keeps me company and walks with me throughout, and even stops to pose for me at the end of my walk.
The cats here are pretty social. They are used to seeing people all the time. Yes, in the winter months, you see people here late in to the night even at 3:00AM
The water looks pretty clear today. In the past, I have seen people fishing here. Not today though.
This is my favorite photo of the day.
I use the sweatcoin app to earn some SWEAT tokens when they launch this summer. I have also been thinking of the Actifit App, but am yet to get to it.
All images are my own and have been photographed by me.
