Hello there world!
As we continue to march ever closer to the brink of a thermonuclear apocalypse, drugs and other decadent pleasures have been at the forefront of this photographer's mind.
Why wouldn't they? I've done with anxiety and depression. Should the Ruskies show up here, I´ll do my best and try to strangle at least one of them and send in a frozen body-bag to his Murmansk-based family!
And once one is preparing oneself for such an ending, why not drugs and fine art photography!
One could go spiritual?
My neighborhood church, i don't thinkI'´ll find any peace there!
However, one can have a great time at the swimming pool, which is more of a water-based "amusement park" by the arctic circle than a sporting venue.
However a bit too "sporty" for my taste
Some seek the peace of mind by artistic endeavors, creativity being the pinnacle of intelligence,
Well I did, I just photographed and tweaked the s*t out of a photo of acrylic paint. of course
Well, at least I didn't eat the paint!
However, come to think of it, (the latter part of this post, from now on) is written under the influence of Cannabis, (weed), yuppz!
I was saying, come to think of it, this Monday wasn't, particularly shi**y or anything, I guess it's just this whole war thing looming in the air.
Spring is coming, i feel it, in the air, not so much visually as the country is still "drowning in snow". very visible at this local neighborhood shopping mall
Yeah, i work on the second floor!
Another cubic architectural image, the gray one however houses offices and i think the local AA advisor has his "operations" running from that "tower"
Id rather fight him than try his sick advices ... Who knows i might even win!
I love the purple lights on the bridge! This is an image from my hometown of #Akureyri , #Iceland .
And here is a very old photo, that I made possibly worse with my so-called "Sick tweaks"
Akureyri, iceland, ca 1920
Beautiful image for real and to think that the town's image is about the same today.
Well this post is neather here nor there, if you were looking for a "message", we are just browsing through my amazing photography portfolio and talking! Chill.
Just sit the f*** back in your chair and enjoy! you will finish reading, otherwise your comments wont be "insightful".
Anyways, i was walking past the river that runs through the town the other day, as i noticed these HUGE Ice candles, some even touching the river!
Yes, that´s Iceland, in March, the land my forefathers said was "good enough" and settled, (or fled).
I am so looking forward to the summertime. I am starting to sow the seeds for the summer, I think I'll post about it, naming it Arctic gardening!
But until I finish at least this huge a** joint, as well as planting it, documenting it, passing out, waking up, and eventually (maybe making the post). I´ll put a new (recent) outside flower image, taken here, yes.
We recently had a "lovers" related holiday here in Iceland, one which is specific to the country and I won't be detailing further, but it's like a patriarchal men-themed "day" "the man´s day" (kind of cringeworthy).
It's almost so cringeworthy that I will be celebrating it profoundly from now on!
(we also have, "women's say") (what do ya think, common, someone has to sell flowers).
Well at around midnight, someone was throwing away garbage bags of roses as I was walking past him. I, of course, struck up a conversation doped out of my mind, scaring the poor guy, he eventually "agreed" to hand me some 50 pink roses or so,
The next morning, I shot my first pink flowers photography of 2022 outside in the snow!
Thank you all for reading! comments are appreciated and likely lead to me commenting some awesome sh*t on your very next post, something "family-friendly" even!
Lol! I Love it
Yours truly, with a 100% POWER UP!
