I travelled far north at a point in my life and I really had fun during the several months of travel. I saw a lot of historic building, natural landscape and lots of tourists attraction.
There is this historic building I can never forget, although the inhabitants had lived in the city so long they had forgotten about the historical building and the values of preserving history. The building looked abandoned and unkept but as I moved closer, I discovered it was established in 1933, I was stunned. I never imagined such a building would exist in such rural part of the nation.

I was not happy with the mismanagement of the building. The government could have renovated the building, and made it more attractive as a tourist attraction. Since it was first Established in 1933, it can be re-established after adjustment had been made to it. But we all do not see things the same way.
Fist established does not mean it cannot be worked on, it can be reestablished.
