Hello everyone, how are you feeling today?
Maybe I should start by giving a brief definition of a contract and for your attention this is my own definition.
I will say contract is an agreement between parties, irrespective of the number. Usually when a contract is made, it is expected to end someday, which is why some contract put a timeframe in the terms of their contract. Everything that has a beginning must also have an end.
While some are happy their contract is coming to an end, others are not ready to end the contract, they are hoping for a renewal. No matter how long the contract may take, no matter the renewals, it'll end one day. The big question should be, how will it end?
In a good way or in a bad way!
People have their reasons for wanting a contract to go on. Just like my case, the benefits were so much I did not want the contract to end. The closer the end date the more I wanted to stay but I knew deep down my time was up, so I had to leave.
Make sure the contract is successful and leave on a good note.
