THE INTRODUCTION/START OF MY HIVE JOURNEY
"The journey of a thousand miles they say it begins with a step", so my hive journey started this time a year ago by a formal introduction by my then fiancee who is now my wife @adedoyin-g. I know she do a little of blogging which she learnt from her friends back then during her undergraduate days in the University, but the platform i didn't know. So she introduced me to the HIVE platform and mentored me through the early stages providing relevant guide through the journey.
WHAT HIVE ADDED TO ME
Hive is a big platform that welcomes ideas, creativity, originality from all individuals with no bias as regards background, race or nationality. It is a platform that gives expression to the abilities, skills, talents, endowment or innovations where value is exchanged for value and also rewarding aswell. My major niche on Hive platform is music 🎵 based on my skill and talent as an instrumentalist (a keyboardist) and i can boldly say that it's on Hive platform i learnt and started doing musical presentations like Instrumentals, singing, doing both original/cover songs etc. Also, i improved more on my writing prowness on Hive platform even as i engage in weekly/monthly prompts, daily blogs, community writing entries etc even as i give expression to the knowledge i have on health, education, music and other body of knowledge. Also, through hive, i learnt better and gets relevant informations, connects, exposure hereby maximising this digital age finding expression in all i do.
BEST MOMENTS ON HIVE
My best moments on Hive platform started when i made mistakes and through these mistakes i made major enquiries of which opens me to know more about the platform. Take for example, the moment after few months of joining Hive that i discover the power of a discord channel and what i stand to gain from joining discord channels of different communities on Hive platform, it help me alots and serves as best moments for me. Also, knowing and engaging in contests, prompts stands out for me especially when i get reviews which encourages/spur me unto more or guides me for a better journey.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Some of my major achievements personally includes how my entries are been appreciated from several individuals which shows how better i can be and signifying better days ahead. Also, i was glad when by privilege i was chosen as the "Spotlight artiste of the week" on @openmic music community and also given by privilege the community membership badge by @afritunes community. Also, i have won the first place entry of the @hivenaija weekly prompt and also a high reputation author @inleo. I have also received commendations and good feedbacks from people all over the world who have found value ans usefulness in what i do.
SPECIAL APPRECIATION/APPEAL
This is a shout out to all hivers, awesome community members, community owners/coordinators, curators and many awesome people i have by privilege came across in the last one year. They are too numerous to be mentioned and please pardon me just to mention a few: @hive-140169, @verbal-d, @lordbutterfly, @ksam, @starstrings, @obaro, @jesuslnrs @jesus-son. This is also to appeal to any and everyone i might have wronged in one way or the other, i tender my unreserved apology.
I believe that it can only gets better and it is good not to dispise the days of humble beginnings. I look forward to a promising new year where i add more value and make much impact, blessing humanity and been resourceful to the benefit of mankind. Happy Hive anniversary to me.
