HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY// CLEANING ACTIVITY FOR 30-10-2024

As humans, we have the potential to be anxious virtually everyday but the goodnews is that there is a way it can be managed. There's a common Africa adage i always like quoting which says you can't stop birds from flying over your head but you can stop them in making nest on your head.

It's normal to be anxious but what do you do when are anxious? How do you manage anger? In this short piece, i intend to share some basic and real steps that could enable one navigate through the course of life. We are living in a time and season where things that would make one anxious are everywhere especially the crunch economy. There are more than thousands of reasons why some one could be anxious but certain principles is needed in other to achieve this mindset.

Anxiety sometimes comes when things aren't in alignment. One of the things i will counsel is to have a good peer where you could share and brainstorm on good and positive things. When you associate with the wrong company definitely it will affect any kind of relationship.

Another way to overcome anxiety is deliberately determine not to reflect in on negative things but go for transforming things. Try to read books at least other people's experiences might be the very solution you need.

Anxiety can kill therefore don't allow it linger so long but find a way to let it go..
