We are directly or indirectly involved with traders at one point of our lives. The word trading is not a difficult word and its very common. I would like to say that every human being is a trader depending on how we define it. A trader is anyone who exchange either goods or services for money. There varied things we sell out. One of the trending means of transaction in the present globalisation realm is the use of internet or online platform.
This sphere moves faster than any one in the present time. I know of some businesses that shut down physically because they couldn't absorbed the change. Life is becoming more interesting online than offline. This has a significant which i wouldn't want to stress too much but highlight the little that i feel is relevant. When it comes to time management then i bet you kindly subscribe to online form of trading because you can control it from the confine of your house with ease. Its normally called now operation work from home and is less stress free.
As a balance way of life whatever that has advantages has it own disadvantages in other for one to decide and make balance. The physical realm too is still valid and there are some experiences I'll deduce from there too
In this post i would share my encounter with a trader that made an indelible mark in my life and i chose him to be my best memory. I went to buy some electronic appliances that i could use for my outreaches. When I stumbled at the shop, i initially looked down at the contents of what he has. I couldn't see goods stocked in the shop I was like am i in the right place? Hmmm i had to cool off myself because it was my friend that carried me there. If i were left alone i wouldn't have gone to such shop.
Immediately we entered, the manager gave us beautiful seats to relax. Later fan starts blowing on us with some col music at the background. Boom before you know it i started noding my head to the flow of the music. I was like wow what a good way to entertain customer. As we keep transacting he sent his sell personnel to bring light refreshments for us. I enjoyed the entire service and for my first time a trader gave me such courtesy. What an encounter.
The worse encounter wth the trader i could remember was when i was working with a professional training institute. We had need of a projector therefore my boss decided to search for it online. He finally got one and after we looked at the specification, we were convinced to go for it. He placed order and suddenly it was delivered to us. We couldn't open it and look at it thoroughly till the next day. Immediately we opened it, we were disappointed at the whole thing. It wasn't what we wanted. This was a worse deal i have ever seen.
what both scenarios teaches me.
In life one should be ready to confront all the phrases either good or bad so that one would have a balanced life. I have learnt to consider customer satisfaction first before any other thing.
Don't assume any goods especially online try to check it carefully before drawing any conclusions.
