Hello my good friends on the net
I decided to go to the garden with my friends in this cold winter and prepared grilled meats with different flavors for lunch. Unfortunately, because we continued to work quickly, I didn't have time to take more photos for you.
Especially since I was the host and I had to pay more attention to the guests I was going to serve.
A taste
A combination of chicken and lemon, saffron and salt and black pepper and red pepper
Another combination of chicken, tomato powder, thyme powder, cumin, pepper, ground barberry, and lemon.
Along with the grilled tomatoes, this delicious combination, along with the rice cooked on charcoal, which I have also taught in previous posts (How to Cook Iranian Rice), had a unique taste.
We placed the seasoned chicken pieces on the charcoal and allowed them to cook slowly, the unique taste of the rice and grilled chicken was wonderful.
