Hello Hiveians, Good day to you from this side, how is our side. Hope this meet us well, I want to talk about my ogbono soup with semo.
Ingredients used-my grinded ogbono, palm oil, pepper, seasoning to taste, meat, ponmo(optional), ugwu leaves.
I put my pot on fire and allow to dry and then add my palm oil for it to fry.
After that I add my ogbono and allow to fry very well.
I add little water to it, and stir very well and later add my pepper also to it and continue stirring for it not to get burnt.
I add more water to it, then add my seasoning to taste.
Then I add my ugwu leaves to the mixture on fire.
Add my meat and stir together, I allow it to cook for some mins.
This is the outcome of it.
I prepare my semo and serve for everyone.
