In this part we played Gwent, got a new haircut and went to see local jarl who is supposedly is cursed.
Jarl was a bit crazy believing that the gods are asking him to make a sacrifice. He knew that Cerys was in his village but could not tell where exactly we could find her. So we went around the village asking locals about Cerys. Finally we found her unconscious at the old house of the jarl. Cerys told us a story how jarl was suspected for killing his brother Aki. Cerys was looking for jarl's family sword in order to give it back to dead brother of jarl. We told Cerys to rest and went to look for the sword. We found it the cellar.
We went back to the jarl to ask where his brother died. While we were gone Jarl injured his arm. He believed that gods damanded him to hurt himself. After that we traveled to a place where Aki died and left a family sword with his corpse. After that we returned to the villiage...And found out that jarl pulled his eye out.
We spoke with Cerys and told her that jarl is Possessed by Hym. There were two ways to defeat the jarl: we could either take jarl to his old house and defend him or make hym believe that we did something horrible without actually doing the crime. We chose to trick the Hym. We agreed to meet Cerys at an old house of the jarl. After we came to that house soon Cerys rushed in with jarl's son in her hands. She told us to throw the baby in the oven. We did that. And the jarl believed that we killed his son. So did the Hym. Hym was ready to possess us. But then Cerys revealed that jarl's son is still alive. Hym was tricked and left Jarl alone.
