Hello my dear friends...
Like usual, we try to do our walk everyday. Usually, it will hard to have a morning walk because my husband have to go to work in the morning. So, when its weekend, we realky take the chance to try to have a walk in the morning. Morning walk is better than afternoon walk because the air is usually clearer and better than afternoon after being cuddled up with the pollution all day.
Our goal is 5000 steps a day but luckily, we able to surpass the goal today (even after failed through the whole week). Hopefully, we can have more stable step counts in the future and if it's possible, more steps. Maybe like 10.000 steps a day? That will be awesome.
