ConsenSys, the parent company of the popular Ethereum wallet Metamask, has announced the addition of a new feature. It allows wallet users to benefit from instant transfers between banks and cryptocurrencies. This new payment option is possible thanks to the collaboration between Metamask and the company Sardine
The information comes from a blog entry published by the company ConsenSys. It announces that, thanks to Sardine, Metamask users will be able to exchange currencies for more than 30 different tokens, while benefiting from instant transfers between the wallet and credit institutions.
If you are not familiar with Sardine, it is an instant fiat and crypto settlement platform. Leader in its field and in real-time fraud detection, it uses the ACH-to-crypto Solution to transfer funds without delay.
What is known about the new Metamask integration
According to the release, users of the Metamask wallet will be able to exchange their fiat currency for up to 30 cryptocurrencies with a daily limit of up to $3,000. There are two other limits on the amount that can be used per week and per month. They are set at $5,000 for each week and $25,000 for each month.

Según ConsenSys, esta nueva capacidad es el resultado de que Sardine proporcione una «sólida infraestructura de cumplimiento y prevención del fraude».

The Metamask teams recognize that it's also a matter of beefing up fraud detection.
Unfortunately for us, instant bank-to-crypto transfers do not apply to France or the European Union, but are (for now) limited to the United States.
