I already shared here that most of the time, the schedule of our team building and my husband's team building are always in conflict for the reason that we are in the same line of work and our workstation is just in one town. We have the same supervisor but a different head.
During team building having a different schedule only happens once in a blue moon and when it happens I always grab the opportunity and accompany him on his trip because I like to travel.
Luckily, last year 2023, when his colleagues decided to have an overnight team-building activity, we already finished our team-building activity. It was great timing because our head decided to have an advanced schedule for our team-building activity. So, my husband and I had no conflict in our schedule.
They decided to have the activity at Northern Paradise Beach Resort in Catmon, Cebu.
During the activity, I was just an audience and after their activity, we went swimming until 11 pm.
