Good day, Hivenians! I hope you’re fine while reading my blog today.

The photo above was captured by my husband when I tried to do the 10-minute walk near our house.

If there’s the first of the lists that I don’t like to do, it will always be doing an exercise. Not because I’m physically fit, but I’m not. In my own opinion, I don’t want to feel tired. Exercising is a tiring activity for me. I would rather spend my leisure time resting than tiring myself with a 30-minute exercise.

I need to change my perspective on exercise since I’m not getting younger anymore and the food, I usually eat is not always safe because it is already processed in factories. Yet, I’m still not motivated to do so.

I left a comment on the post of sir @sanjeevm about the healthy tips for living healthy that I was not a fan of exercise, and he replied with a very motivating suggestion.

I hope it was okay to share it here in my post.

So, here I am now, trying to save a 10-minute walk a day after my work. Many people say that the right thing to do is a 30-minute walk, and I told them that I can only manage a 10-minute walk and maybe if I did it consistently, I could move up to the next level.

There were days that I could not do a 10-minute walk since I had an important task to do, yet on the next day, I tried to walk 20 minutes as my payback for the day that I missed. I don’t know if it is the right thing to do.

I will share in my next post if I observe a difference in my 10-minute walk.

Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.

I feel youu! I don't like exercising and I'm quite shy walking around in our community.

You can try walking inside your house.😄😄 I tried it also.😅😅

I like to walk kahit malayo lalakarin, basta Hindi Lang mainit. Kahit bukid pa akyatin KO😁😌.

Kaya fit ka lagi ma'am.😁

Hindi a. Sanay Lang dati pa. Malayo Kasi bahay namin SA sakayan.😁

Hehehe.. blessing din po iyan kasi di kana nahirapan diyan sa abroad.😁

Go!! Walking is a great therapy for mental health as well aside from keeping one fit. 10 minutes a day could really make a difference.

Thank you for the motivation.😊

I am also thinking of doing a short walk every day, but i need to get rid of the laziness feeling every morning when I get up.
maybe when I am not working, I will do it at home. : )

Yes.. I feel you sir. That's why I do my short walk in the late afternoon or evening. 😁
Looking forward to your short walk.😊😊

that was a nice supportive comment and a 10 minute walk is better than no walk so a good start

Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk

Have a great day

We all need exercise. A little bit can go a long ways. Starting out a routine can be as simple as walking 10 minute. Doesn't have to be all at one time either. 10 minutes in morning and 10 minutes at another time. Doesn't have to be tiring but one should add extra once your build up to it. Don't have to prepare for a marathon because going heavy to soon will make you hungry and tired.

Thank you for an additional information and motivation. 😊😊 Yeah, I'm trying to make it as a routine. 😊😊 Have a nice day.😊
