This is it - our truly final Mascletà of Fallas 2023 (though not our last firework). Unfortunately, we didn't get to witness many street Mascletàs this year, which happen to be our favorite. However, we made sure to hurry down to Ruzafa to catch the legendary Mascletà at the Mercado Ruzafa, a tradition always held on the last day of Fallas.
We attended the Mascletà for Fallas 2022 as well, but it turned out to be one of the most somber firework displays we've ever seen.
Thankfully, this year turned out to be much, much better, leaving us with a feeling of pure joy. And, of course, we were captivated by the immense gunpowder cloud that enveloped the sky at the grand finale.
