Hi Hivers! I'll be sharing to you our Sunday chill in JO'S GARDEN restaurant. Before it was private and fortunately, they opened it up for public. Would you like to come, check with us and grab a beer or two 😉...
THIS IS A BOOKED ONLY RESTAURANT. You know why? Because it is very attractive to tourists especially for those who love natures and like to take pictures. Booking is to ensure you won't be disappointed getting rejected. Jo's Garden is a tranquil alfresco , The scenery of the nature is the concept of the place to give the visitors the view, one side of the building faces the ocean and the other side faces the vast mountains, surrounded with beautiful ornament plants, flowering one, lush green trees and native style cottages in which you can relax after a sumptuous food. You can bring your family or love ones or date someone hhhmmm.. in this very relaxing place and to enjoy the freshness of air.
Jo's is just 10 minutes drive from Dumaguete City, the capital city in Negros Oriental. The reason why it is fully booked most of the time. Did we booked? No we didn't. Normal rules won't normally apply to me. It only takes a good rapport and vibrant irresistible aura in negotiating with people, usually work, if not f* it 😂. SShhh bad girl got bad mouth 😂😄 I'm doing this favor for my friend who can't stay any longer lock-up in her apartment for boredom sake!
Well, during our visit, it was also timing that the city do not have electricity that day, so I suggested this place to my friend @kellyane,maybe just informed her..to be more precise haha. It's unbearable to stay in city without fan or AC, would drive you mad definitely. I mean I can live with or without those stuff but the weather is just so humid and the air so thick you can hardly breath.
It was fully booked when we arrived and the crew wanted to screw us,🤣 I mean the crew informed us that it would take a bit longer for the food since they have lots of costumers in queue. But hardheaded as we are, we pretend to have patient in waiting.
I love to take her to getaway places in this island, so far, there's not a place she doesn't like, I hate it.😂 I think we spent our whole Sunday here. Imagine, from the entrance she took photos in every possible angle and it took her million minutes lol. That wasn't a problem though, we were not in a hurry and we're waiting for our food orders done!
We kept ourselves busy, took a tour around the garden, made sure we've seen everything what it has to offer visually. I think we missed the real thing. you know when you are constantly glued looking at your phone, cameras..but we also love to post it on Hive so..😃
I hope you enjoy the photos I shared..lovely ornamental flowers, I don't know all their names, they are horny.ops! I mean thorny.
What are these flowers? In local, it's called " peanut".
And the side that faces mountain, very cool. You wouldn't want to leave this place until they'll tell you it's closing time.
It was already late afternoon that I took this photo that's why you won't see a lot of people. In fact we waited for a quiet time, people leave and that we can enjoy the place to ourselves.
Meditation? coffee? What do you think was going on? Maybe just smell fresh air..leave her alone... she can do whatever she want..
Time slip away so fast and had our tasty food served! Cheer! That was cold beer I mean cola or what was that? haha I can't remember what I drank that day. She didn't help me finish the drinks by the way. what a rubbish friend of mine is she😂 You are dear to me in case you are reading my post.✌️😄
I am posting the rest of the photos I took just so you guys can also explore the place. We had a great time here, as always. There still have so many places she haven't been/seen. I feel obliged and so tiring 🤣 Just kidding! I think we leave the place around 5 in the afternoon, we had to because the mosquitoes were attacking us already which is their usual time to appear then disappear around 7. Too much time outdoor is so addicting, enough! Head home!😂
How do you spend your weekend or days when there's no electricity?
Anyway...that's all for that day folks...
Thank you for checking my post!
