Hello once again, Splinterfam and fellow Hivers roaming our Hive Sphere
Been a while since I last posted and I’m hoping that you may once again give a bit of time reading this entry. My thanks in advance.
The featured ruleset of the week is Born Again
Kindly see below what it is or what it does and witness with your very own eyes the battle that has unfolded

Mostly likely the enemy will opt to use the monsters with Thorns which is the most common choice for Tank during the Up Close & Personal battles so I intentionally added powerful monsters with Opportunity ability.
In doing so, I employed one formula to winning a battle which is to have all or most of your monster attacking. This means no turn is wasted. With this you can get and use most of the offensive power of your monsters as much as possible.
The Reach ability granted by my summoner will also allow me to use any melee type monster to use and placed it in the 2nd Slot giving me more chance to attack the enemy.
The Trample ability it will grant to my monsters will undoubtedly be more helpful than ever especially since it is a melee monster battle. This Trample ability gives my monsters the capacity to attack the next monster in line if it successfully killed its first target.

The offensive power gap is mildly evident when the chosen monsters graced the battlefield. However, before the main battle began, my monsters was de-buffed by the enemy which caused them to have a reduced attacking power. Also, with the opponent battlemage’s chosen summoner, my Opportunity monsters can’t attack the monsters from the other side with low hp. This is because the opposing summoner grants them the Camouflage ability which makes all monsters cannot be targeted unless they are in the first position.
The battle was initiated with an attack from my side. Since all the monsters from the opposing sides has the **Camouflage ability, all my monsters’ attacks were focused in the enemy Tank. The enemy Tank has the dreaded Thorns ability and has high hp too so all my attacking monsters received damage back, either to their hp or shield, as soon after they did their attacks. The exchanges of blows this round resulted to one monster in my line up dying while the enemy monster’s Tank was holding on to dear life with 1hp left…a very fine line between life and death..
The next round started with the immediate dying of enemy’s Tank and then resurrected by the effecting ruleset. After few more hits, the enemy’s Tank died again and this time it finally left the battlefield… but notice the damage it brought to my monster’s hp.
The battle went on and before the round ended, one of my monster died again due to a focused attack of the opponent’s Sneak and Opportunity attacking monsters.
My monsters looked outnumbered. But with the powerful arsenal my monsters have is surely more than enough to turn things around.
The third round commenced with yet again immediate dying of another monster from the enemy line-up.
After few more hits, it suffered the same fate as the previous one after it was revived by the ruleset. The fierce battle continues. My monsters battle it through until the end of this round and though the enemy has more number in them they clearly dominated this battle round, too.
The succeeding round is just the same as the previous ones…much like history repeating itself… enemy monster dying right off the bat. Two enemy monsters died at this round effectively crushing their hopes of victory. The number from each side is now even but the other side clearly was underpowered.
The 5th and 6th rounds resumed soon after. Two enemy monster dying at the same time at the same by an attack from the same monster is such a beautiful sight. The second monster to die this time was revived but then it immediately died, too. The remaining monster to make it through the 5th round but met its demise in the 6th round.
The last two rounds seem to end in the blink of an eye… not giving much time for the opponents to attack.
This match was won splendidly by my team.
That is all for this week’s challenge folks.
Hope to see you again next time.
