is ok if you loosen up a bit, don't be too hard on your self, new experience don't kill. don't always live your life for people, don't always put people who might not even care about you are even forfeit there happiness for you but pretend they care. Look at yourself, you are gradually losing it. if you can tell your self the truth, you will find out you don't know who you are any more, you don't even know what you want , or what you like. I want to ask you a question, Don't you think you are cheating your self? , Does that person worth or deserve trading your happiness?, Do you fill that inner peace being not your real you?. I know in life we need make sacrifices, especially for those we love or what will love, but my question is can that person sacrifice his/her own happiness once for you?. Don't be too carried away by what you feel, sacrifice should not be weakness. most people only care about there happiness and nothing more, they do things only beneficiary to them. most times they show care because they need something from you, and betray you to another when they need something from them. To me what I think is fair is putting your priority and happiness first, make sacrifices that are worth it, and not to hypocrite who don't deserve it.

Hi @gifty1 ,agree we need to relax a bit sometimes, our body can't take being stressed all the time, so we need to take it easy from time to time.
We noticed that you made 2 publications in less than 24 hours, although each author decides how often to publish, whales, curators and projects consider that a daily publication is a good way to work. When we get a reputation for posting more frequently than that, we run the risk of being accused of SPAM. 🛑
