MY NEW PROJECT
I want to tell you that Venezuela is about to reach the stage of being a developing country, the economy and quality of life have improved a lot, with these improvements and after having almost 5 years of savings, I finally have enough money to create my own cafeteria.
YES, to begin with I plan to establish it right in the vicinity of the Hotel Humboldt since with the tremendous cold it is in the mountains it is perfect for visiting clients to get to know the taste of a good coffee and also because it is close to the facilities of the Hotel Humboldt would have a better chance of attracting the attention of international guests who sleep in said hotel, so I could receive monetary remuneration in the currency of my country and in foreign currency.
I dedicate this project to my mother for her constant support and her scolding so the name of my Cafeteria will be “MENAMOR” born from the conjugation between “Carmen + Amor” it is easy to remember since it is a single word and the last part of LOVE is the one that will remain in people's memory the most because it is a recurrently used word.
STRUCTURE
To start, this would be the plan, a square structure based on cement with its support columns and it will only have 1 floor. On that single floor there will be a kitchen area where the kitchen will be, the part of the dishwasher, oven to make desserts, freezer for desserts based on coffee and Venezuelan chocolate; That same area will be separated by a long counter where people will be able to see the workers and in turn ask for their orders.
On the other side of the kitchen, the seating area for customers will be established, in this place is the door and main entrance that welcomes the establishment, then customers, after asking for their orders, will be able to sit on the chairs admiring the view of the large windows that would show the visual beauty of the entire territory of the Capital District from above both during the day and at night since my Café MENAMOR would be open from 8 am to 8 pm.
It is important to highlight the lighting, in this café of my property there are white lamps attached to the wall and ceiling lamps that help to have a better visualization of the place where the clients are and there are also lamps placed in the area of the kitchen so that each coffee preparation is done with due care and the chocolate and coffee-based desserts can stand out.
Another aspect that I integrated in the kitchen part was the placement of shelves where all the different types of coffee, both Venezuelan and International (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Vietnam) such as glasses and thermos, were placed; The intention is that the customer can choose their favorite product and indicate how they would like it to be served, since it is also known that there are people who visit cafeterias quickly to order a coffee and return to work recharged with energy.
Without more to add here the final product, I hope you like it.
