I watched the video of some school girls bullying her classmate and she even went as far as slapping her several times.
The innocent girl couldn't stand up for her self she is as calm couldn't slap or fight back.
I believe such act was learnt from either parents or the environment.
Bullying is a learned behavior, and anything learned can be unlearned.
Every child deserve a safe environment for learning.💯
Bulling in any form shouldn't be accepted.
Sad to say that the calm ones are always victim of this act.
As a parent, If you do not want your child to become a bully, you need to teach him/her by word and by example how to treat others with respect and dignity.
Teach your children to speak up for themselves in a firm yet tactful manner.

One parent told me some time ago that she want her child to be outspoken and ready to give a slap back anytime someone messes with her.
I really don't think fighting back is the solution to bullying.
Just teach them to stand up for them self and speak up.
