Today was one of those days that I have learnt and included in my experience book.come let me give you a brief summary of how it went.
With the king at his place
So I am serving my father's land and today happen to be our community development services day(CDS). So my president decided we go to a village market and censitize them on how to keep their environment clean.we bought brooms and basket would share to the market women after the talk.
One of the weird experience I had to day was first, the road leading to the market was so bad and muddy. Half way I was feeling like going back home while in the tricycle.
I successfully got to the place and it was time to start,we met with market women leader and explain our mission to her, she was so rude and not welcoming.she refereed us to go met with the king and take permission before she would allow use.
We obliged and left to the kings palace, although it was far but we arrived and we were welcomed. After explaining our mission to the king he was happy and gave us some money as an appreciation and he also said we can carry on with the project.
We got back to the market and explain to the woman leader that we ave been granted permission by the king, the woman became angry. After much plea and explanation from a man who helped us talk some sense into her age agreed.
Finally we clean the market place and gave them the basket and brooms we got for them. The women were so happy, they blessed and pray for us.
