Hi friends, it been a while here. That's the stress of being a student and blogging. I had to give school more time because it's my exams.
As a college student , handling my academics with my job , switching from job stress which requires a versatile strategy which involves self-care, and open communication and the act of being as organized as possible. Utilizing an effective way to manage time.
I carved a routine that helps me allocate equal time for both work and school. This has helped me reduce and prevent my tasks from complying and also ensuring due dates are always met.
Moreover, I've cultivated a repertoire of self-care rituals tailored to combat stress, including regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and prioritizing ample restorative sleep. These habits serve as my anchor during turbulent times, providing a sanctuary of calm amidst the storm of obligations.
Also I generally try to manage job and school stress effectively though sometimes no matter how much I try to manage and attend to both, the weight tends to be heavier than normal , especially during periods like exam seasons or projects.
Despite all that, I miraculously tend to scale through thick and thins, I'm also able to recognize when I'm burning out too much or when I'm about to breakdown health-wise hence no matter how important the task in hand seem to be I'll ask for a leave or a little break so I could attend to myself cause health comes first.
Personally I think the idea of carrying out some office tasks from the comfort of home is nice and satisfying. It enables me to handle work and home chores flexibly, not only does it enhance productivity but it also helps me create extra time for study and other daily activities . However working in an office isn't bad itself because it also helps you concentrate on your job.
In the aspect of family, I try as much as possible to make sure neither work nor school interfere with family time. I try as much as possible to communicate with my loved ones at all time cause. All thanks to my family because they offer me support and encouragement when necessary.
I would prefer working from home anytime because it gives me leverage to multi-task and still have some stress and attend classes.
