It is God's commandment to us. As Christians to do good and to everybody. We can help everybody, Anybody, even if that person is not a member of the church, it is God's commandment to us as Christians to do good and to everybody. The Book of Galatians 6:10 says, As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of Faith. Let us do good unto all men especially unto them who are of the household of faith. But it doesn't mean that we are not going to do good unto those which are not in the household of faith. The Bible tells us let us do good unto all men, even non members, we are obliged to help. Anybody that is in need of help, that is our faith.
We are commanded by God to do good to everybody especially just, especially to those that are of the household of faith, but even those who are outside the House of faith can be helped by us being Christians, we are obliged to do good unto all men.

FROM MY UNDERSTAND!

As Christians, one of the central teachings of our faith is the call to love and care for those in need. This includes giving to the poor, as it is an essential part of our spiritual and moral obligation to fulfill the divine commandment to love our neighbor. In this article, we will explore why giving to the poor is an important aspect of our faith, and how it helps to serve God's purpose for humanity.

The Bible is clear about the importance of giving to the poor, and it is a recurring theme throughout both the Old and New Testaments. In Deuteronomy 15:7-11, we are instructed to be generous and openhanded with those in need, and to lend freely to those who cannot repay. This message is repeated in the New Testament, where Jesus himself said, “For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me in. I needed clothes, and you clothed me. I was sick and you looked after me. I was in prison, and you came to visit me” (Matthew 25:35-36).

The message of these verses is clear - Christians have a responsibility to care for those who are less fortunate, and this includes giving to the poor. It is not just a matter of charity, but a matter of obedience to God's will. When we give to the poor, we are expressing our love for God and our fellow man, and we are fulfilling the purpose for which we were created.

In addition to this, giving to the poor also serves as an expression of our faith. Our actions speak louder than words, and when we give to the poor, we are demonstrating the love and compassion that is at the heart of the Christian message. By helping others in need, we are spreading the love of Christ and living out our faith in a practical and tangible way.

However, giving to the poor is not just about meeting their physical needs. It is also about meeting their spiritual needs, and helping to bring them closer to God. Many people who are in need struggle with feelings of hopelessness and despair, and by giving to them, we are offering them a message of hope and encouragement. By sharing our blessings with those who are less fortunate, we are helping to bring light into their lives and to show them the love of God.

In conclusion, giving to the poor is an essential aspect of our Christian faith, and it is a call to action that we must take seriously. It is not just about meeting the needs of those in need, but also about serving God's purpose for humanity and expressing our love for our fellow man. As we give to the poor, we fulfill the divine commandment to love our neighbor, and we live out the message of hope and compassion that is at the heart of the Christian faith.
