Update On The Gold Mining Stocks

Slightly more than a month ago I posted a series of numbers to watch as KEY TARGET numbers for the HUI Index. I mentioned that these "TARGETS" would appear on the HIGH, LOW and CLOSE of the day's trading. Original Post: Gold and Silver and HUI Index

These KEY TARGETS numbers are:

245.21
268.70
280.36
290.84
299.06
312.97
334.96

370.86

Today the HUI CLOSED at 280.07 versus the KEY TARGET number of 280.36 for a difference of 0.29 points!

And I post these numbers for your ENTERTAINMENT and not financial advice. As for your further entertainment or perhaps EDUCATION these numbers are derived from mathematical ratios found in the Book of Daniel.

Two weeks ago I posted that SILVER was the key market to watch in the precious metals complex. On that day silver posted an outside bar to the downside.

Silver rose for two days, which can now be classified as a "false breakout" and then gave up the ghost.

For now the BEARS are in CHARGE! Place that piece of information squarely in the back of your mind!

Could the HUI be putting in a bottom at at 280.36? Possibly, we could see some sideways action from here into next week's Federal Reserve meeting. But the BEARS are still in charge with their sights clearly on 268.70.

Personally, I would LOVE to see a drop down to that level prior to the FED MEETING.

Seeing as Cinco de Mayo this year marks a Moon Apogee everything would line up perfectly for a BIG MOVE on that time frame.

Just so you knows, the HIGH in the HUI and the day SILVER gave up the ghost, occurred on April 18th, the day before the Moon was in PERIGEE on April 19th. See, as I see it, everything happens on a plus or minus one time cycle, be it a day or a week or a month.

I am not saying that the HUI will magically rise or fall next week on or
around the Moon Perigee BUT what I am saying is I am prepared to take action next week, either UP or DOWN.

If all of this is too much for you than simply STACK SILVER!

When is a bad time to stack silver? NEVER!

One ounce of Constitutional silver in hand is better than any other Moon Chart or Book of Daniel ratio in the HUI.
