EBA with stew
Good morning to all my beautiful people here on hive blockchain,it another weekend experience post engagement which I will love to write on one of the favorite topic I like most among all, Weekend always look so special and fun with you guys here on hive weekend because alot of topics to write on which won't make you be bore and depressed.I appreciate all the admin (@galenkp ) of this community and others upon all the effort to organize this weekend engagement to all users to write on.Alot of members have been writing on topics which have been busy ready and smiling on fun and interesting post of my friends and hive family.

WHAT IS EBA
This particular food is made with a cassava and it will turn to consumable items, Grinding of cassava and drying before frying on fire will make it form "GARRI".So garri is what Nigerian use to form EBA.you will boil some water and pour the garri inside hot water before turning it together to form eba which we will just prepare a soup to it and eat.
I was born and brought up in a silverspoon family which is very hard for us to eat eba because the most lowest food then is GARRI which have develop hatred in eating.With high cost of commodity which food is as scarce as gold in Nigeria,the lowest food in Nigeria (EBA) Now become the most wanted and cheapest which get no option than to eat it which my parent cook almost every day.I am the 3rd of the family of 5 which am the only one that hate to eat it
I was forced to start eating EBA because there is no financial power to buy other foods unlike before that EBA is the least food in NIGERIA.
